Coming Soon: Your Pie Auburn

Your Pie Auburn

Pizza lovers, rejoice! A popular build-it-yourself pizza chain is on its way to The Loveliest Village on the Plains. Your Pie Auburn has plans to open this spring on West Magnolia Avenue!

About Your Pie

Specializing in custom pizzas and craft beer, Your Pie Auburn will be one among about 70 locations, but only the third location in Alabama. Founded in Athens, GA, by Drew French, the concept was born out of a trip to Naples, Italy, where French and his wife were inspired by homemade pizzas made fresh in brick ovens.

Your Pie customers can choose between 10- and 14-inch pies to customize. Customizations can come in the form of dough types, sauces, cheese options, a variety of meat and veggie toppings and more. For example, while you can get your pizza made with standard white or wheat dough, Your Pie also offers options like cauliflower dough, gluten free dough and keto-friendly dough for those with dietary preferences and restrictions.

If you prefer Your Pie to choose for you, you can also order one of their signature pizzas like the Ischia (extra virgin olive oil, fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil and garlic) or the Southern Heat (buffalo sauce, mozzarella, chicken, red onions and jalapeño served with ranch or blue cheese).

Pastas, paninis, salads and gelato are also on the menu! Explore the entire Your Pie menu here.
