From catering and a food truck to a brick-and-mortar, Las Latinas Kitchen is now open in Opelika on Pepperell Parkway! But don’t worry. You can still find the food truck out and about with a limited menu and catering is always an option for your next special event.

In case you aren’t familiar with the brand, Las Latinas are your “go-to gals for authentic Latin cuisine.” Now, you can find them in their brand-new location, dishing up the same delicious tacos and more.
Las Latinas Kitchen celebrated its official grand opening on Wednesday, March 20th. Since then, it’s been full steam ahead! So instead of following along on Facebook for where the truck will be (which you can still do, by the way), you head to the permanent location to pick up your order to-go.

The menu
Expect the same fresh, high-quality food you are used to getting from the Las Latinas food truck. However, this to-go menu is the expanded edition!
Choose from homemade empanadas, flautas, burritos, Panes Rellanos de pollo, loaded fries and more. Are you wondering what a Panes Rellanos de pollo is exactly? It’s a chicken sandwich served on a hoagie, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, boiled eggs and a special sauce.
Still prefer authentic tacos? They are on the menu too! Made with chicken or birria with consomé sauce, these tacos are also served with cilantro, onion, lime and a mild or spicy sauce.
